Max, a 23-year-old young man, works in his father's fish shop. In this family business, the days are long and repeat themselves. The arrival of Zoe, an enthusiastic and full of life trainee, disturbs Max’s routine and leads him to rethink his future, which to him seemed to be foregone decided.

Colombe Rubini was born in Paris in 1997. She grew up in Paris and Bordeaux, then moved to Lausanne to study cinema at ECAL (Cantonal art school of Lausanne) in 2015.
During a fiction workshop she directed « Rendez-vous vendredi » which was selected at the Solothurn Film Days. In 2019 Colombe Rubini received her diploma with her first short film « Under the fish scales », co-produced by ECAL and Thera Production.
