Max, a 23-year-old young man, works in his father's fish shop. In this family business, the days are long and repeat themselves. The arrival of Zoe, an enthusiastic and full of life trainee, disturbs Max’s routine and leads him to rethink his future, which to him seemed to be foregone decided.

Colombe Rubini est née à Paris en 1997. Elle grandit à Paris puis Bordeaux et entame des études de cinéma à l'École cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) en 2015. Dans le cadre d’un atelier fiction elle réalise „Rendez-vous vendredi“ qui est sélectionné aux Journées cinématographiques de Soleure. En 2019 Colombe Rubini est diplômée avec son premier court-métrage « Sous les écailles » co-produit par l’ECAL et Thera Production.
