A film by Carina Freire
Stéphane Lambiel is a famous ice skater and double world champion. Today, he goes from galas to galas on a weekly basis. "The little prince in the land that passes by" draws an intimate portrait of this young man by showing the life behind the stardom status.

«The idea for this documentary was born the day I personally met Stéphane Lambiel, an ice skater who became famous after winning two world championships. The contrast between his shining public image and the much more humble one he let me see really touched me.
With my small camera, I decided to follow him on his tour through Russia and Eastern Europe, filming the other side of his life as a star.»
