Hugo Radi est né à Genève en 1992 et il y obtient sa maturité suisse avant de commencer des études de cinéma à l’École Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne (ECAL) en 2012. En 2015, il réalise sa première fiction intitulée "Swizzair", sélectionné au festival Premiers Plans à Angers.
